Great Customer Service

My auto repair shop recommended That Glass Place to replace a broken windshield. Melinda very patiently listened to my concerns and answered my questions each time I called. The morning of the scheduled repair, something came up at work that was going to make it a challenge to keep the appointment, but I told Melinda I would somehow make it work. A short while later I realized I didn’t have to. The guys changed their schedule with very little notice and came early to accommodate my needs. To me, that’s customer service at its best.

The front desk lady, I believe her name is Melinda, was such a sweetheart. She took care of me really well. I called a couple of places for estimates to replace my front windshield, and this place seemed to be the cheapest. She ordered my window that afternoon and it got there the next day. Dropped off my car and picked it up the next day, although I could’ve picked it up later that day. Excellent service, great price, will go there again and I very much recommend it!
